  • 1. Can NGC handle AI and HPC workloads? Yes. Our systems are built for dense environments and support up to 160 kW per rack — ideal for AI and HPC.

    2. How much energy can I save? Up to 90% compared to traditional air-cooled baselines, achieved through distributed rack-level pumping, optimised fluid flow, and precise thermal control.

    3. Can NGC be retrofitted? Yes. All solutions are retrofit-ready and integrate directly onto existing racks — no raised floors, special containment, or major infrastructure changes required.

    4. Where are NGC systems made? Designed in Denmark, produced and tested in the Czech Republic. All components are EU-sourced, including Grundfos, Alfa Laval, and Stäubli.

    5. What if a unit fails? Neighbouring NGC coolers compensate automatically, keeping room temperatures stable and ensuring continued uptime without manual intervention.

    6. How fast is the response time? Below 0.5 seconds. The system stabilises thermal behaviour during sudden load shifts — from idle to maximum cooling in less than one second.

    7. What supply and return temperatures does the system operate at? NGC systems operate with supply temperatures of 22–30°C and return temperatures up to 56°C. The high return temperature enables heat reuse for district or local heating and reduces dependence on mechanical cooling.

    8. What pPUE does NGC achieve? pPUE levels below 1.1 are standard. Under real operating conditions, levels as low as 1.004 have been demonstrated — 1.035 for the full cooling solution.

    9. Are NGC systems regulation-compliant? Yes. Fully compliant with EU energy, safety, and environmental standards.

    10. Who uses NGC solutions? AI data centres, HPC environments, colocation providers, and enterprises seeking high efficiency, stability, and sustainability.

    11. Is maintenance complicated or frequent? No. NGC systems are designed for low maintenance with long-life components and remote monitoring for predictive service.
